I haven’t forgotten. Even though my progress isn’t exemplary my goal for this project is to show all of the struggles right along side of the triumphs. Fitness goals can be difficult to achieve when you are sitting at the computer all day or talking on the phone. I’m still determined to document a successful weight loss regimen.

If you are working on losing a few or training for a particular event, share your workout and diet with me. I’m interested in anything healthy.
